West Wight Squad

West Wight Swimming Club Squad nights are held Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at West Wight Sports Centre and at The Heights on Monday and Wednesday. A session is also held on Sundays at Medina Sports Centre.

Extra sessions at Portsmouth's 50m pool will be held once a month on Saturday

Monday 20.15 to 21.45

Saturday 19:00 to 21:00

Swimmers will be entitled to swim a total number of hours per week depending on their ability as outlined by the coaching team Level 3 Squad can train a total of 8 hours per week Level 4 Squad can train a total of 9.5 hours per week Level 5 Squad can train a total of 11 hours per week*

* Senior Squad swimmers are entitled to an additional 45 minutes of land training at Gurit's gym on Monday and Wednesdays from 19:00 to 19:45
